I am a payments professional with 10+ years of experience from various business and technical positions in the international companies. currently work as a product manager at Worldline, where I participate in the development of card acceptance at KB SmartPay merchants, cooperation with card schemes and other payment solution suppliers that Worldline cooperates with. Before position in Worldline a worked in Notino where I was in the role of Product owner for Payments. It was great one year experience from one of the TOP ecommerce merchants in Europe. Big focus on the customer experience during the payment process, conversions, lot of payment methods accross the Europe. I came to Notino from ČSOB, where I worked almost 7 years as a product owner for the ČSOB payment gateway. As part of acquring, I got experience in the delivery of payment solutions in the e-commerce not only for the largest e-shops in the Czech Republic. From my position, I was in a close contact with stakeholders within the bank (Acquiring, Issuing, Compliance/Risk, Fraud, IT, Marketing.), VIP and other merchants (Mall, Czech railways, Slevomat, Rohlik, Benzina.), card schemes (Visa, MC, Diners.) and other payment solution providers (Comgate, Gopay, PayU). My very first experience with e-commerce was at Global Payments Europe, where I worked in IT department as a support for the payment gateway GPwebpay. Lot of commucation with merchants, developers, card schemes, other stakeholders in the company.
