The "worst" thing you can do is give me time to think, because then I will definitely come up with something to innovate, update or upgrade. I am passionate about solving complex problems and am not satisfied with status quo. With over 10 years of experience in software development and over 3 years in management, I am a software expert and leader at Synpulse, a global management consulting company. I have a strong background in web development, as well as a range of soft skills from people management, through motivation to conflict mitigation. I am a people person, but I can take hard decisions, if needed. As a Managing Director, I oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients, ensuring that they meet their business needs and expectations. I also lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. I am also leading the location in several general topics like budgeting, cost control, legal or IT, while at the same time collaborating with cross-location tech teams developing software products globally and engaging in the daily business activities of the Bratislava location with all the various departments.
