As an Ultra Marathon runner and Managing Director / Leadership Mentor, I transfer the best elements of my passion for running into business. In a company, as in running, what matters is a clearly defined goal and the result to be achieved behind it. Strategy (path to goal) planning and consistency in action is a common element of both worlds. Building up a team of partners / experts and using the potential of shared knowledge to implement projects is one of the most important points, which is important for both the planning of training and the implementation of tasks and strategy in the company. Ultra running is an above-average challenge and such above-average teams and organizations I try to build by combining my passion with business.
