I have successfully created and optimized layouts in 60+ fitness clubs, improving space utilization, increasing member retention, and enhancing the overall training experience. As the Regional Fitness Manager for Form Factory (Form Factory, The Gym, Posilka) in the Czech market, I am responsible for developing and managing the entire fitness product to ensure it is recognizable and appeals to the widest possible audience. I also oversee Form Factory Academy, our educational platform dedicated to advancing professional development and raising the overall standard of the fitness industry. I am passionate about creating fitness environments that inspire and empower members of all levels.
