About Marek Klusek

I am experienced: 1) construction engineer in the field of construction process management, including those based on international FIDIC contract conditions [e.g. in the field of planning, value engineering, cost estimation, construction of claims, construction and civil law, court disputes and arbitration], 2) a manager with many years of experience in managing teams, in particular for Contract Conditions (FIDIC), Innovation (R&D, AI) and Warranty (maintenance). I have leadership skills strengthened by graduating from the Academy of Leadership Psychology and the Authority Studies of the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology, team building, introducing and managing change, negotiation acquired, among others, abroad - Universitas Ferrovial Summa (EI Escorial/Madrit Spain). I think long-term, not forgetting about short- and medium-term planning. Currently, the biggest challenge I face is preparing Budimex for the challenges of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 and implementing solutions to these ideas into the everyday life of this organization.
