I am a security management professional with a proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in both operational and training capacities. My career at Securitas has taken me from frontline officer to Training Coordinator and now Temporary Operations Manager, giving me a unique perspective across the entire security delivery chain. Along the way, I’ve specialized in designing and implementing training programs that not only improve team efficiency and onboarding speed but also strengthen client trust—contributing directly to contract extensions and long-term partnerships. Beyond training, I have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, identifying growth potential for future SOC operators, supervisors, and specialist roles. I am equally comfortable leading recognition and performance discussions—whether it’s motivating top performers or addressing challenges with accountability and clarity. Working closely with colleagues and managers across the EMEA region has further expanded my perspective, proving my ability to collaborate internationally and adapt training and communications to diverse cultural and operational contexts. Fluent in different languages, I combine a local understanding with a regional outlook.
