The company is developing quantum tunneling based photosensors. 2022-current: Adviser and a member of Technical Executive Committee at the National Supercomputer Centre in Singapore. 2018-2021: Director Interdisciplinary Centre for Matheamatical and Computational Modelling, University of Warsaw, Poland 2016-2018: Deputy Director (HPC Infrastructure and Services) Interdisciplinary Centre for Matheamatical and Computational Modelling, University of Warsaw, Poland 2009-2016: Marek was the Chief Executive Officer, A*STAR Computational Resource Centre (ACRC). Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) is the main government funded research agency in Singapore. In he founded NEMS sensors and metrology company Quantum Precision Instruments (Australia, USA and Singapore). He ran the company for 10 years as the CEO and CTO. He invented the Quantum-π technology platform patent for tunnelling devices and four other Quantum-π patents. He is also an inventor of quantum tunneling photodetector array/photo-voltaic device. Until Marek was a Principal Research Scientist in Supercomputing and High Performance Computing at (CSIRO Australia). Thirty years of scientific and commercial computing.
