About Marek Ottis

I am a business-oriented Supply Chain Planner with strong experience in system implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions that support business goals. Currently, I work at Schleich as a Senior Supply Planner, where I serve as a super user for SAP IBP and lead the implementation of IBP for supply planning. I helped design the system to match our operational needs and successfully led the go-live in October 2025. We are now expanding the number of SKUs in the system and continuously improving our planning processes. Previously, I worked at Stada, where I led the implementation of S & OP for the supply side and participated in the SAP/APO harmonization project between Walmark and Stada after their merger. These projects helped align planning systems and improve supply chain efficiency across both organizations. Earlier in my career, I worked at Nestlé as a Senior Supply Planner for Coffee and Beverages, managing supply for key products in the CZ/SK market. I also completed a six-month internship at Nespresso HQ in Lausanne, where I supported dispatch planning and stock management for the Inissia coffee machine. I am passionate about building smart, responsive supply chains that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
