I have a master's degree in information technology management and certifications in quality and process improvement methodologies. My core competencies include planning and scheduling IT programs, managing the IT project portfolio, leading and mentoring project managers, making decisions on contracts and commercials, conducting presales activities, maintaining relationships with customers, forecasting budgets and revenues, and managing programs with more than 100 FTE.
