With nine years of experience as a Line Manager at Siemens Healthineers, I lead software development teams and talents to their better selves, as well as the organization through talent management, strategic planning, change management, and consulting. I have multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and Process Management, which enable me to apply various methods and frameworks for delivering high-quality business and IT solutions. My interest in organizational, operational, and marketing strategies has led me to pursue an executive MBA at Central European University and to participate in strategy definition, execution, consulting, and coaching. I am also passionate about exploring the potential and challenges of Generative AI powered tools, and I have established and run a local community of experts who network, collaborate, and innovate in this field.
