Leader and lifelong learning enthusiast with MBA degree with over 16 years of experience corporate and private startup with domain in leading automotive and financial services brands like Athlon - part of Mercedes-Benz Group, Pekao - part of second largest bank in Poland, Raiffeisen (PKO)- part of biggest bank in Poland. My accomplishments include successfully implementing a new marketplace, resulting in over PLN 2.5 Mn gross margin, and reducing digital marketing costs through improved strategies. Before my current role, I served as the Head of Retail & Indirect Sales at Athlon Car Lease, where I successfully set up a new business line with 3 year CAGR of more than 200% with more than PLN 10 Mn gross profit. I also have experience as a Sales Manager at Pekao Leasing, where I achieved over PLN 100 Mn NBV and an outstanding NPL result. My education includes an MBA in Innovation and Data Analysis from Woodbury School of Business, Master of Arts in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. I have also completed several courses, including the Daimler Global Leadership Programme 2016-2018 and Unicredit Talent Management Review 2011-2013. I'm proficient in English and Polish and have excellent skills in sales management, process improvement, team management, vendor management, and strategic planning.
