As Business Process Specialist I identify outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to guide processes improvement, products, services and software through data analysis and help bridge the gap between quality and business operations to improve efficiency. I have strong tech & analytical skills and have developed initiatives & strategies to improve internal procedures by focusing on process design and optimization, quality management and document control.With strengths in Project Management, Communication & Interpersonal skills, Stakeholder & Time Management, Report writing skills, good listening, training, mentoring ability and attention to detail, I am an expert intermediary between the various areas of the business departments providing insights assisting decision-making and aligning business objectives and resource allocation. I identify problems & opportunities to develop new business process models that underpin sound business decisions based on data quality metrics to ensure effectiveness. Traveling to USA I worked in Tourism (2003-2005), returned to South Africa doing market research for Eazi Info Services (2005), moved to Parexel International (2006) as Research Assistant, Clinical Trial Specialist (in UK, 2008), returning to South Africa in 2009 becoming Project Quality Lead II and Senior Business Process Specialist (2011 to present). I am simultaneously involved in Eco tourism (since 2009) as Event Organiser for Ecobound.I am a Microsoft Office Professional (NMU, 2006) and obtained my high School Diploma at Outeniqua High School, 2002,(equivalent to NZQF Level 3, Yr13, Form 7). I completed LEAN Business Training, Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, ISO-Quality Management, and a Certificate for Frontline Personnel (Tourism & Business Advisors).I am eager to explore a career abroad, bringing specialist Process Improvement skills & knowledge to prospective employers.I am ready to relocate, am eligible for relevant work visas & residence, working with a licensed immigration adviser, available for opportunities & interviews.
