My role includes: • Leading the adoption of AI-driven damage assessment and digital estimating solutions for the Japanese automotive and insurance industries. • Introducing high-quality, OEM-standard PDR services to dealerships, manufacturers, and insurance companies. • Building strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive the transformation of automotive repair processes. • Managing operations, sales, and market expansion efforts to establish DRS Japan as a leader in vehicle reconditioning after hailstorms. • Educating the market on the benefits of PDR, such as cost-efficiency, environmental sustainability, and preserving original vehicle finishes.
