About Marese Considine

I had always loved numbers so I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the large International Accountancy Practice. Moving to industry was a big eye opener, it gave me the means to explore what was behind the numbers. My career has evolved over the years, going from 14 years in various finance roles to spending 3 years as a program manager in Global Sales Operations. I am currently in a senior global program lead role in Sales Learning and Enablement. I am really enjoying this position because I get to do four things that I love doing and that I’m best at; 1. Problem solver – I have the ability to sieve through large amounts of data, identify issues and solve for them. I look for the solution rather dwell on problem. Program Manager - I take total ownership in my projects, ensure that everything is completed and all stakeholders are satisfied. Customer focused – Delivering impactful results to my customers is front and centre for all my work activities. I spend a lot of time building relationships and gaining trust with my stakeholders. Leadership – being part of a great team makes work so enjoyable. I am team orientated, always on hand to provide advice, direction and collaboration.
