Over the years, I have earned multiple licenses—including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Variable, and Series 6 and 63—that give me a well-rounded perspective on the insurance landscape. One of the highlights of my career was serving as the owner of a successful captive agency, where I gained invaluable leadership experience and sharpened my skills in operations, growth, and client service. Today, I am proud to serve as the Director of Sales and Marketing in the independent space. In this role, I lead both the sales and service teams, oversee recruiting and training, and manage all aspects of marketing. This position allows me to bring together my passion for people, leadership, and innovation while driving results for the agency and our clients.
