About Marg Darcy
Having retired as a manager of health and community services, qualified quality and risk assessor a couple of years ago I was lured back into the workforce by the position of managing our local community house. While it still gives me the time to pursue my passions as a feminist activist, working towards gender equality and rights of children, refugees, Indigenous and people who are marginalised by cultural background, ability and class, the position also allows me to work towards enhancing community connections and working to ensure we have a healthy and well connected community down here in my beachside paradise. I was inducted into the Victorian Honour Roll of Women in 2003 for her work in family violence.
