As an accredited Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, I enjoy working with and inspiring business leaders and teams to achieve their full potential. I have held Change Leadership roles in small, medium and large organisations within the public and private sectors. I am skilled at developing and translating corporate strategy into effective people and workforce planning. I build and develop relationships at all levels of the organisation to support cultural alignment using open communication, effective leadership and personal experience. I am curious about new ideas and the future. My approach is derived from design thinking principles to create a great customer experience. I am most excited when I am collaborating with others.
