About Margaret e Jackson M.

As a Certified Coach and Consultant specializing in Women’s Leadership, Life Transitions, and Problem Resolution, I help women navigate change and create meaningful new starts—whether in their personal lives, careers, or leadership roles. My work centers on supporting women, especially educators and other professionals, who are seeking clarity, transformation and reinvention during seasons of change or challenge. With a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling and certifications in life coaching, wellness, and grief recovery, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to every client relationship. I understand firsthand how heavy life can feel when you’re expected to lead, perform, or hold everything together while quietly carrying stress, loss, or uncertainty. My coaching approach offers a compassionate, grounded space where it’s okay to not have all the answers—and where transformation becomes possible through self-awareness, courage, and practical steps forward. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I consult with education-based organizations that want to foster emotionally healthy work environments. My focus is strategic planning and problem resolution. As a speaker and facilitator, I deliver workshops and trainings focused on building resilience, managing stress, and supporting staff through grief, loss, or workplace transitions. If you are dealing with change or challenge in life or business, I am here to support your journey with empathy and insight.
