About Margaret Fields

I’m someone who takes pride in creating spaces where people feel supported, organized, and set up for success. With over 10 years of experience in workplace operations, admin support, and customer service, I’ve learned that the little details, like a fully stocked supply closet or a smooth onboarding experience, can make a big difference in how a team functions. Whether I’m coordinating with vendors, managing day-to-day operations, or responding to staff needs, I’m always focused on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so others can focus on what matters most. I’ve worked in libraries, city agencies, and fast-paced offices, each role teaching me something new about communication, empathy, and efficiency. I love helping people, solving problems, and making sure every corner of the workplace feels taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who leads with care, stays organized under pressure, and values team support just as much as task completion, I’d love to connect.
