About Margaret King

As a Project Management Coordinator for Training at Maximus, I design and implement innovative training solutions for government programs and services. I have a passion for creating, managing, and curating diverse training programs, workshops, and resources for various learning needs and levels. With the help of my team, I have successfully led the modernization of the training curriculum by introducing a learning management system and an eLearning platform, creating 12+ eLearning courses, and negotiating the pricing of the training software. I have also assessed the impact of each eLearning course on staff performance and unified the training curriculum across multiple scopes of work. In addition, I am a leadership member of the Employee Engagement Collaborative, where I focus on enhancing the employee experience and involvement in the work and workplace. I have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility and influence others. I am organized, dependable, and adaptable, and I always strive to meet team goals and company objectives.
