I have an MBA degree in Human Resources from International School of Management and Research, Pune, and I am currently working as a TA Recruiter & Coordinator at Fictiv, a US-based startup that is disrupting the $13 trillion manufacturing industry with a cloud-native, digital manufacturing platform. My core competencies include analytical skills, IT recruitment, and technical recruiting. At Fictiv, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various technical roles, such as software engineers, product managers, and data scientists. I also coordinate the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to conducting background checks to preparing offer letters. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of HR professionals, hiring managers, and engineers, and I contribute to the company's vision of simplifying and accelerating the hardware product development cycle. I am passionate about finding and attracting the best talent for Fictiv, and I enjoy learning new skills and technologies in the fast-paced and innovative environment. I also have experience in developing Manpower planning from Job descriptions till manpower budgeting. I have Experience in working in HRIS/HRMS softwares in making process easier with tech support.
