About Margaret Sharp

As an educator, professional learning facilitator, and instructional coach with over ten years of experience in public education, I have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing projects to improve equitable outcomes in complex environments. Additionally, I have spearheaded and managed several projects outside of the classroom setting related to improving equitable communication and outreach with multilingual families in our community. My master's degree in education policy, organization, and leadership from Stanford University as specifically prepared me to apply my skills from the public education sector to strategic thinking for organizational learning and development.I am a lifelong learner committed to self-reclection, and I am passionate about dismantling barriers for historically marginalized individuals and communities. As a trained racial affinity space facilitator, I am skilled at supporting professionals to uncover bias within themselves and their work settings, while identifying opportunities to challenge the status quo to build equitable and just structures within organizations.
