On my current job the following points are my responsibilities: Support for technical knowledge to the Service Digital Representatives, review of processes, technical and procedural training, maintenance of the office laboratory for a constant functioning of the devices for testing, troubleshooting and training usage, annual training planning, with the goal of increasing company revenue and achieve company anual goals. On a daily basis:*Create, facilitate, organize and provide training programs / workshops *Create and improve materials / documentation for training *Engage in the planning and organization of professional development of employees *Perform follow-up activities to complete the training / workshop programs to assess the impact and effectiveness of the training / workshop *Develop and implement monitoring systems to ensure the continued development of work skills and skills acquired as a result of delivered training / workshops *Develop and implement testing methods to assess employee progress during the training period *Monitor training feedback to create interventions on identified needs *Create and distribute performance reports and training analyzes, developing individual improvement action plans for each agent accordingly.
