Performing audits according to the contracted scope, issuing the corresponding reports to Management, providing our findings and recommendations on the following subjects. • Bank Secrecy Act and related Acts and Regulations, as applicable to deposit and lending products. • BSA/AML Forensic audits. • Deposit and Lending Acts and Regulations • Foreign Assets Control Act • Web sites • Corporate Governance • Money Service Businesses • CRA and HMDA self- assessments • Fair Lending Assessments • Red Flag rules • Deposit or lending forms, disclosures, notices, advertisements and any other printed material that may be provided to prospective customers. • Conducting training in English or Spanish on the following subjects: • Bank Secrecy Act, providing different level of training sessions, either by function or on general basis, as contracted with the financial institution. • Deposit, lending, CRA, Fair Lending Practices. • Board of Directors on Regulation O, Corporate Governance and other related subjects. • Preparing, assisting in the evaluation and/or updating of policies and procedures on: • Bank Secrecy Act Anti-Money Laundering programs • Deposit products • Lending products • Risk Management • Bank Protection Act • Conducting research on regulatory issues presented by Management • Informing Management about new or modified regulatory requirements, providing our suggestions regarding implementation procedures, forms, etc, as applicable.
