About Marge Farbman

Owned and managed a small design- build business that depended on marketing and public relations skill to grow. Clients included large corporations as well as individuals. Expertise included project management to insure that jobs came in on time and on budget. Finding solutions to client's problems was key to success as designer. Same skill in determining the needs of cllient transfered to fundraising. Project management skill allowed balancing of multiple projects all occurring at same time: writing and producing quarterly newsletter and annual report while planning and executing yearly gala major fundraiser; working an 5K run while beginning year-end fundraising push. People skills and relationship building enable me to design spaces in which people comfortably function and to make connections to people that encourage them to support the cause for which I am fundraising.
