About Margie Ayers

For over fifteen years I supervised fitness teams and had the pleasure to work with amazing, passionate & dedicated staff, in all my various work environments. I have worked in all three sectors of our health & fitness industry in the Surrey & Langley municipal government sectors, the Tong Louie YMCA non-profit association as well as Leisure Recreation Group, a private company within Surrey & Chilliwack. I mentored and coached new group fitness professionals in the industry for many years and truly enjoyed watching them grow into their own confident certified BCRPA instructor through the ICE evaluations I supervised. Most recently, for almost the past five years, I have been very fortunate to be working within the Fraser Health Authority and am working in the Mental Health department as a Medical Office Assistant for our Psychiatrists. I am truly enjoying this new challenge in my career and have have met some wonderful staff along the way. And of course I still teach my fitness classes each week - this passion has never stopped for me and I am proud to say I have been teaching classes for almost 20 yrs now! You can find me teaching currently at the City of Pitt Meadows.
