Margie Crouse is a Functional Architect for a Provincial Emergency Management Integrated Emergency Management Solution Project. Her responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, defining technical requirements, developing functional specifications and interface control documents, designing and applying the software configuration and enhancements for the Event/Incident Management and Exercise Management systems. Margie completed her information technology studies at the Information Technology Institute with distinction. She has experience in performing application design, requirements analysis, defining functional requirements, software configuration, verifying requirements through testing, application development and conversion. She has strong research, analysis, initiative and problem solving competencies, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She has a successful track record of adapting to new environments and the ability to quickly learn new applications and industries in order to successfully complete high quality work products.
