Responsible for nursing care in this family owned and operated culture change sub-acute and long term care facility specializes in resident focused rehabilitation, hospice and dementia care. Past experiences Director of Nursing Services, Methodist Health & Rehab, 2011 - 2018 Responsible for nursing care in a 145 bed sub-acute and long term care facility consisting of 4 units specializing in rehabilitation, hospice, and dementia care. Assist CEO and Administrator in the transitioning of the campus to Methodist Village Senior Living ( a life plan community) which will add 28 assisted living beds and a 17 bed Alzheimer's Specialty Care unit. Coordinate clinical training affiliations with UAMS - West Family Practice Residency Program, UAFS BSN, PN and WATA programs and local CNA training programs.
