Background

About Margo Pierson

I am currently an Associate Director of Business Operations at Decoded Advertising, where I work closely with the leadership teams of Decoded and Estée Lauder to consolidate reporting across 17 brands and prepare insights and presentations for global stakeholders. My core competencies include data analysis, reporting, project management, customer success, and marketing strategy. In my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience in performance marketing, customer strategy, and customer success management, working with various platforms, tools, and metrics to optimize campaigns, increase retention, and grow revenue. I have also overseen a team of customer success managers and acted as an escalation point for client needs, working cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, product, and engineering teams. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have recently completed two programming courses on LinkedIn and plan to continue down this education path. I am motivated by solving problems raised by clients and internal stakeholders alike and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked across different industries and markets.
