About Margreet Hollema
In 2005 heb ik bewust een baan gezocht waarin ik iets voor mensen kon betekenen. Dicht bij huis kwam ik in contact met de Meergroep, de sociale werkvoorziening van de IJmond. Als jobcoach begeleidde ik mensen met een SW indicatie naar werk. Sinds april 2013 werk ik als adviseur werkgeversdiensten bij IJmond Werkt. Mijn grootste doel is om nu de afstand te verkleinen van de uitkeringsgerechtigden tot de werkgevers in de IJmond. Vanuit het Werkgevers Servicepunt geven we o.a. informatie aan werkgevers èn werkzoekenden, faciliteren we een kosteloze werving en selectie en geven we invulling aan MVO.
