About Margret de Jong

Inventive Project Manager/ Logistics Manager who is result oriented, without loosing the human aspects. More than 12 years experience in project management at Merck, Sharp & Dohme as manager and coordinator of international projects with challenging deadlines for the introduction of new medicines. By communication and creative solutions I took care of achieving deadlines and improved the lead-times and processes with compliance to quality. The last eight years I worked as a freelance supply and demand manager, project manager experiencing the managing and coordination of packaging and distribution of clinical studies, coordination of a project planning for the move of a pharmaceutical Company, design of a blue print for artwork development and changes, to implement the process of identifying Supply Chain Risks, to coordinate the knowledge transfer for Customer Service and the Coordination of setting up a Distribution Center in Hungary for 14 countries for cold chain and ambient products. My last assignment was Interim Manager Customer Service. Main task was hands-on manager after the implementation of SAP and to reorganize the department again.
