In 2012 started a new path in the Natural and Organic Food/Health and Beauty Aid industry in the roles of ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER for a broker. o working with Suppliers, Distributors and Retailers to increase brand awareness and sales across Canada. o Maintenance of product database using MS Access combined with Excel KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT & GS1 SPECIALIST for a Natural/Organic food and HABA distributor. o working with Amazon as main account and support the KAM of the Patterson Food Group (PFG), Whole Foods Market and the Sobeys Group using GAP/ACV analysis and other sales reports to assist in driving sales at store level. o Maintenance of Master Product Listing databases. o Running sales and inventory reports. o Update supporting databases for MCB upload files. o Ensure vendors/brokers publish GTINs to the distributor. o Republish GTINs to Key accounts. o Educate vendors in anything pertaining to uploading data to GS1. o Ensure vendors/brokers have pertinent GTINs captured for content. o Guide vendors/brokers with their GS1 work. Prior experience: A professional with a solid twelve years of experience as an Operational Finance Manager specialized in billing/customer remittance processes with accounting background combined with solid technical skills in the Telecom industry. A solid track record in change management including increasing productivity while coaching, mentoring, and engaging of workforce for an efficient and smooth transition with an outcome that meets all stakeholders' requirements. SKILLS: • Advanced Excel including Charts, Macros (VBA coding), Power Query, Power Pivot and Pivot Charts, DAX and Automate Scripts. • GS1/ECCNET Registry and Content Capture Maintenance + support to clients. • Proficient in using ChatGPT and Co-Pilot as a tool to solve issues. • Streamlining processes. • Independent, flexible, and self motivating. • Analytic and problem solving. • Coaching, mentoring and workforce engagement. • Change management. • Customer service oriented (internal and external).
