With over 20 years of experience in IT management and information security, I am a seasoned leader who drives innovation and transformation in the field of B2B and B2C IT services. As the Head of IT at Estonian Railways, I oversee the IT infrastructure development and administration, the IT service support and organization, the procurement and customer hardware installation and maintenance, and the information security management for the national railway company. I have a proven track record of developing and restructuring the companies providing IT services across various sectors and markets. In my previous roles, I led the development of new business sectors, products and solutions for Hansab Group, a leading provider of security and automation solutions in the Baltic region, and for Ridango, a smart mobility solution provider. I also implemented and certified the ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards, and developed the new service sale and SLA concepts. I am skilled in negotiation, business planning, information security and risk management, IT service management, and key account management. I hold the ITIL Foundation Certification and the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Certification. My mission is to leverage my expertise and credentials to deliver high-quality and secure IT services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.
