About Mari Helenius

As Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, I work together with my team to support our organization in building a thriving, inclusive and future-ready workplace. We are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining processes, systems and partnerships that enable people and teams to succeed. My team and I are responsible for- Ensuring talent availability through well-designed recruitment processes, developed and executed in close collaboration with the business and a diverse partner network- Managing reassignment and rehire processes - Strengthening our employer brand and organizational culture – both internally and externally – through initiatives like "laumaantuminen" and "compassilaisuus"- Supporting leadership and capability development by enabling learning and coordinating development programs- Planning and delivering trainings for all of us in Compass Lauma - Developing performance management practices that promote goal setting, feedback and meaningful development conversations- Designing and maintaining HR processes and systems that reflect business needs and comply with legislation and collective agreements- Supporting leaders and management in HR matters and contributing to group-level compliance work, especially in relation to human rights policies.
