For 24 years I have been a Team member with Target stores in Illinois, Iowa and Texas.and my newest location, Las Vegas! I have provided excellent leadership in the areas of guest service, team member onboarding and retention, reviewing, coaching and recognition, trouble-shooting at risk team members and team leaders and maintaining Target brand in several area-specific work centers. I have also helped many beauty guests to look and feel their best by suggesting guest-specific products for skin care, color matching foundation and other cosmetics to their skin tone and undertones, and recommending affordable duplicates of high-end products.
