I thrive on challenges and ambitious goals. My greatest strength is my ambition to try new things and my dedication to constantly learning.I worked in retail most of my time, and from being in that workforce, I learned work ethic, adaptability, teamwork, and time management, among many more things. I interned at Spreetail as a Listing Health Intern, where I re-listed items that were removed on Amazon Canada (one of the channels Spreetail works with) by fixing what was wrong, and by doing that, I helped to drive the GMV rates up. With Listing Health being reasonably new at Spreetail, It was challenging for my team to get listings live and active. Using my pattern recognition and inductive reasoning skills, I found a creative and innovative way to get listings/items active in the marketplace. During my time at Spreetail, I got the privilege to work alongside my team in Listing Health, and we continuously learned from each other. In addition, I learned to raise my bar by cultivating innovation, be relentless by driving results, and practice humility by communicating effectively. Not only did I know within my role and the company, but I learned more about myself and the skills that I have to be successful.In my most recent role as a AIC/AAS Supervising Principal Candidate, I worked on multiple projects that have strengthened my understanding of securities transactions, rollovers, and various insurance products. Primarily, I research clients' securities transactions, specifically concentrated securities, that can be deemed a risky signal. Additionally, I investigate clients' complex product reports (Variable Annuities and Variable Life) and rollover reports. By doing that, I can understand various rollovers and complex product reports.
