About Maria Baron

Bonjour, I'm Maria Baron, a French-born passionate property entrepreneur and the creative force behind The Property Baron Buyers Agency. My journey from France to Australia over two decades ago has been marked by a vibrant evolution from art direction for Sydney's top magazines to founding a leading Buyers Agency dedicated to empowering property buyers. Alongside my husband, Jason Baron, we've channeled our collective expertise into creating an agency renowned for its commitment to clients' success and adherence to ethical standards in the real estate market.Starting my career in Sydney as an Art Director, I worked with top publications such as CHOICE, Gourmet Traveler, and Harper's BAZAAR, building a solid reputation in the industry.Together with Jason, we founded Black and White Projects, a company that transforms homes across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Sydney. Our projects have been featured in leading design magazines like Adore Home Magazine and The Interiors Addict. Examples of our work can be viewed on our website: Regardless of the project size, from small renovations to large commercial undertakings, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for design to every project.Giving back to the community that has supported me is profoundly important. Having been a local for over a decade, I'm proud to support various local initiatives and events through The Property Baron, believing firmly in contributing to the growth and development of the Sunshine Coast and beyond with my expertise and resources.Let's connect!
