Displaying excellent attention to detail and time-management skills, completing tasks under pressure, using strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, alongside building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and always exhibiting a professional attitude. Part of the Transformation Team where several projects were delivered for improving processes. Leadership and mentorship skills developed during my experience at BNP, where I really enjoyed managing a team of Finance Ops Assistants. Recently gained FAA Award in First Aid For Mental Health (RQF Level 2), where learnt everything about how to support colleagues, team members, family and friends. Joined Phoenix Group in 2022 as Back Office Associate where developed skills and knowledge on Investment. However, the leadership part is missing so looking for a leadership position with the opportunity to mentor, train, support, motivate and lead the team to succeed.
