I have a great ability to maximize efficiencies, create professional relationships within organizations/departments, and work in a fast-paced environment. My motivation stems from a role where I can help others by finding solutions. As an Outreach and Recruitment Specialist at UC Santa Cruz extension, I had the opportunity to work with students in leading them into a proper educational path they wish to pursue within our certificate programs. I also helped coordinate info session events before every quarter to help students get the chance to discuss questions and get an overview of how our programs work. I have had the opportunity to exercise my ability to be adaptable as an Event Planner at Google and also support my team as we faced a high-impact time during our zone transition model. Part of my role consisted of managing approximately 100 calendars while working with clients from different groups within Google in helping coordinate logistics of All Hands and Google Wide Events with well over 100 people in attendance. In addition to holiday-themed team celebrations while working with our partner teams and knowing each zone/ building policies. As an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Spring Discovery, I had the opportunity to explore different roles in HR, People Operations, Recruiting Coordinator, Business Development, and Office Management. In addition, I was allowed to help Spring Discovery grow but managing multiple roles and work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff to find ways to improve and scale our company. At GGV Capital, I've expanded and elevated my skillset as an Executive Assistant and gained more experience in event marketing by supporting my executive and the platform team. Additionally, I've owned, and project managed swag projects to completion and along with other various ad-hoc projects.
