I am a professional with 9,5+ years of experience in operations management and administrative processes that require excellent organization, coordination and responsibility. At IMM, I was integrated in one of the institute’s core services’ team, providing support to all the scientific and facilities community, and therefore having user satisfaction as main priority. I faced complex challenges that demanded quick and effective resolution, which strongly enhanced my problem-solving, critical-thinking, proactivity, communication, negotiation, and resilience skills. My current position reinforces my thoroughness in handling documentation and being procedure compliant, while continuing to have a user-oriented attitude. I am eager to contribute to the success of my team and organization, and excited about new challenges and opportunities for continuous learning.
