My expertise includes light-polymerized acrylates, molded silicones, environmental and mechanical testing, and continuous process improvement. With a strong academic background in chemistry and materials science, I bring a deep understanding of material behavior and processing, enabling me to tackle complex technical challenges efficiently. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Quality, R&D, and Production to deliver robust and scalable manufacturing solutions.
