I am now exploring new opportunities across I am an energetic and reliable digital advisor with over a decade of experience in academia and industry, focused on the digital infrastructure and built environment. I work with government and private clients to turn business challenges and needs into practical solutions. I specialise in designing and implementing digital transformation strategies that integrate advisory, technology, and operational capabilities to create smarter, more resilient, and sustainable infrastructure. I have worked across transport, rail, energy, commercial, industrial, and urban planning, contributing to IT strategies, digital twin business cases, proofs of concept, data frameworks, and change management initiatives. I lead with curiosity, guiding projects end-to-end and turning early-stage ideas into solutions that align with organisational objectives. Certified as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I foster collaboration and co-design, enabling teams and clients to take ownership of solutions that are practical and meaningful. Having lived and worked in Italy, Brazil, and Australia, I enjoy learning from different cultures and exploring how digital innovation can make a positive impact in business and the world around us.
