Background

About Maria Dobervich

I’m a program manager with experience in roadmap planning & execution and leading large cross-functional teams. I come from a diverse background of design, merchandising, and product development and am equally passionate about the creative process behind beautiful design and the analytics that feed into that effort. I believe in light, intuitive processes that let Program Managers get out of the way and allow teams to do their best work. As a servant leader, I excel at building trust and enabling my team to work as a cohesive group. I love figuring out how the right tools can automate the boring, repetitive parts of our jobs so we can spend more time doing the real work.
