As the Director of Pledge Processing at United Way of Rock River Valley, I am passionate about fostering operational excellence while enhancing United Way's fundraising and engagement endeavors. I believe in United Way's mission of improving lives and strengthening communities, and I seek to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. As the Director of Pledge Processing, I oversee the timely and accurate processing, acknowledgment, and tax receipting of all donor and corporate contributions across diverse platforms. Through these efforts, I strive to maximize efficiency and support the realization of impactful philanthropic initiatives. I also leverage my skills in CRM systems, data analysis, and communication to maintain positive and lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders, and to provide them with relevant and timely information and feedback. Additionally, I collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency in all aspects of pledge processing.
