About Maria Efstathiou

Maria holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Greek Philology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She also holds the highest degrees in classical guitar and theory of classical music. From 2005 to 2010, Maria worked in Express Service. She was responsible for the office´s operation in its Private Vehicle Inspection Center, as Department Director, where she dealt with administrative tasks and the coordination of 20 employees. Since 2013 she has been working for ICAP CRIF SA and she currently holds the position of Senior Sales Manager. The main task included in her duties has to do with clientele maintenance and development, to whom she provides Credit Risk Services and Marketing solutions. She is definitely responsible, well organized, self motivated, with strong negotiation and planning skills. She considers herself to be a leader and she is good at guiding others. Another important thing about her working personality is that given a suitable environment she tends to continuously improve her skills and brings results which contribute to the growth of the company. She is good at working individually, but even when she works as a member of a team, she is also quite effective not only at her duties but improving the performance of her associates too.
