While I have been with my current employer for over 24 years, it has been the last 10 that led me to discover my talent for creatively designing solutions to meet business needs. I have held several roles that required me to understand process flows and the individual business users. Challenging at times, I also find fulfillment when I am able to complete a project that answers a need for improvement within the current business structure. • Business Process Manager AGCO Corporation Nov 2011 – Present Batavia, IL o Responsible for supporting and implementing base process structure data flows for newly established Dealer Inventory Management program in November 2011. o Responsible for facilitating the growth of participating dealers in the program by increasing participation rate by 50% in 2012. o Manage and maintain all business system relationships required to automate current process flows efficiently, while engaging all supporting entities in process improvement endeavors. o Responsible for all process documentation. • Procurement Supervisor AGCO Corporation Jan 2008 – Nov 2011 Batavia, IL o Managed a team of 10 employees in normal day-to-day Procurement activities, including our largest supplier, who was also our “worst” supplier. o Established Procurement process improvements that improved supplier performance by over 40%. o Served as a Subject Matter Expert from Sep 2008 – Oct 2009 in a Global incentive to implement an SAP Procurement solution for 5 global regions. o Resumed Procurement Supervisory role in Oct 2009, while continuing as the SAP Procurement business process lead for Procurement process improvements.
