Skills: Analytics, Project Management, Incident Processing, De-Escalation Architect, Trainer, ERP, RAR, Digital Storyteller Maria has a diverse record as an IT Industry Professional, ranging from IT trainer to Analytics, which demonstrates her skills as a confident and effective communicator, through her work as both a teacher and mentor. Maria demonstrates excellent attention to detail on each customer facing and internal project and remains a highly motivated and consistent performer with strong technical and soft skills. Maria commenced working with the Analytics team at SAP in 2013 focusing on performing onsite De-Escalation activities, for critical escalations involving customers running SAP Software. Maria also delivered knowledge transfer workshops in the SAP Business Objects component area to assist customers to optimize/better use/understand SAP software. In early 2015, Maria opted to take on a new challenge and joined the new HANA Enterprise Cloud team to support the Mission Critical Centre in SAP to support and engage with customers using this new product. As part of the Sports & Social committee, and later the Corporate Social Responsibility committees' in Ireland, Maria has re-discovered her love of working within the Communications sphere and is now also a proud Communications Champion and Brand Ambassador for SAP.
