With over two decades of global experience across Europe and the Middle East, I bring strategic foresight, technical expertise, and cross-cultural leadership to advance sustainable transformation. Honored to hold Emirati nationality with proud Greek roots, I am deeply committed to contributing to the UAE’s sustainability and innovation vision while bridging global best practices with local priorities. As Founder and Managing Consultant of Sustainability Switch Consultancy, I have advised and led ESG strategies for some of the region’s most influential conglomerates — including International Holding Company (IHC), Ghitha Holding, Easylease Mobility Solutions, and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). My work encompasses ESG reporting, GHG accounting, climate risk assessments, governance frameworks, and sustainability communications, aligning corporate performance with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 vision and global sustainability standards. Serving as Board Member and Sustainability Chair at Lean In Equity & Sustainability, I actively promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and champion women’s leadership in the energy transition, supporting pathways for greater gender diversity in executive and board roles. With a strong network of senior connections across the UAE and globally, I collaborate with ministries, investors, and international organizations to embed sustainability and governance excellence into policy, finance, and business strategies.
