My primary role as the Melbourne Office Manager at Valiant Commercial Furniture is to support and manage all departments related to the Victorian branch. I maintain office efficiency by planning, implementing and upholding office policies and establishing standards and procedures to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively as a team. I coordinate and maintain office systems and productivity by supporting and supervising staff according to the needs of the company, and part of my role is to sustain results by ensuring proficiency encountered on a day-to-day basis.
