Prior to cloud technology consulting, Maria led strategic planning, organizational design, executive coaching, and business process engagements in the Aerospace, Defense Contracting, Manufacturing and Retail industries.Maria currently oversees the North American Workday Advisory Practice with over 40+ employees and 7 people leaders supporting over 250 clients annually in phase 0, 1, and Post-Production services.
